This shop started because I love Tibetan incense, and not being able to locate what I love put me on a search to find it. In Nepal, where I hope to visit soon, I have come across authentic herbal incense, made in traditional ways, and the proceeds return to the nunneries and monasteries where it is still produced. If you had known me, many years ago the start of the day could not have been the start of the day without my coffee. It had been a ritual, a ceremony a compulsion. My day would not be ok if I did not have that coffee. What changed!!
Well, me, I changed. With years of looking deeply at what did not serve me, including my coffee addiction! Don’t get me wrong, coffee is ok, but definitely not 5 to 10 cups a day. I was never that! Particularly in my nursing days, coffee played a major role. Along came plant medicines, and many years later, Cacao. The coffee had been retreating, slowly! Reluctantly, really as I felt I really “NEEDED” That hit every day !
Cacao is Theobromine, food of the Gods, Coffee is Caffeine, not entirely sure what Gods caffeine subjugates to?
Cacao is a heart medicine, along with Huachuma (San Pedro), which I also work with, or should I say works with me. Health and well-being are central to the path, health of Body, Mind and Spirit.
